Alex Jones: a personal perspective.
I first came across Alex at the beginning of the 21st century on the Internet when he managed to sneak inside Bohemian Grove, which is an exclusive male-only club for economic elites and where he filmed a mock human sacrifice theatrical event. Then followed a decade or so of Alex making films on 9-11 and the US police state. Frankly, I considered his occasional films to be insightful. I considered then and still do today, that the US military and economic imperialists were the leading state-terrorist regime on Earth, and they have evidentially a decades-long history of black military operations, covert and overt warfare and the supporting of military coups of the far right around the world and especially in Latin America; they are utterly genocidal and imperialistic. However, I was viewing all this from a European socialist perspective, and not from the perspective of Alex's Christian libertarian capitalism. Even a stopped clock is correct twice a day.
In recent years, however, rather than just making the occasional full-length video, Alex went on to produce a daily news report, which you can still watch on his live-streaming page on: https://www.infowars.com/watch-alex-jones-show/ (I am listening to it as I speak).
My impression of Alex in 2018 is that of a homophobic conspiraloon of the far Christian right and a promoter of hate-speech. Nevertheless, he is very easy to ridicule and to criticise. He is an object of international ridicule. I don't ignore the Breitbart and Alex Jones crowd; i.e., the alt-right/far-right; I listen to them.
